| Description | : | Cormorant fishing birds have been used by Chinese fishermen for ages. These birds dive and swim underwater, with great speed, and catch fish in their throats. A string tied around their throat prevents them from completely swallowing the fish. Then they emerge, hop on the fisherman's raft, and wait for him to remove their catch. |
